NEW EZ Tear Bags Make Life Easier!
Big things are happening at our Timberville Mill. Rockingham Cooperative’s Feed Division has completed a major update to our robotic bagging system - an investment that allows us to operate more efficiently, keep pace with customer demand, and continue producing the consistent, high-quality feed our customers expect.
This new system brings several improvements to the manufacturing side of our business. The upgraded robotics offer more precision and speed, helping us bag feed faster while reducing wear on our equipment and staff. More importantly, it means fewer production delays and a better ability to keep warehouses stocked with the products our farmers rely on.
In addition to the equipment upgrade, we’ve now fully transitioned to our NEW 50 lb bag packaging, which we began rolling out earlier this year. These redesigned bags feature a game-changing EZ Tear seam - no more struggling with stitched seams or digging for a knife. Whether you're feeding in the early morning or after a long day in the field, these bags are designed to save time and hassle.
