Welcome Dylan Strawderman to Our Timberville Team

We’re excited to share some good news from Rockingham Cooperative - Timberville.

Dylan Strawderman has accepted the role of Assistant Store Manager at our Timberville location, working with Bailey Carpenter.

Dylan has been part of the Rockingham Cooperative team since 2023. He began his career in the Timberville warehouse, advanced into a department supervisor role in Harrisonburg, and is now returning to Timberville in this new leadership position. His path reflects the kind of growth and dedication we value across our cooperative.

Dylan lives in the Mathias area and brings hands-on experience from multiple areas of our operation. We’re confident he’ll be an excellent fit for this role and a strong asset to the Timberville team and the customers we serve.
