Bring the family and get up close with local wildlife at our Wildlife Center Demo on Saturday, March 28th, beginning at 10 am at Rockingham Cooperative Ace Hardware in Stuarts Draft.

This free, 30-minute educational program is presented by the Wildlife Center of Virginia and is geared toward kids and families who want to learn more about the wildlife found right here in our region. The Wildlife Center typically brings live animal ambassadors, which may include a turtle, an opossum, and either a bird of prey or a snake.

Kids will hear fun facts, learn how these animals survive in the wild, and have the chance to see them up close while learning the importance of wildlife conservation.

Space is limited, so we encourage attendees to arrive early.
This event is free and open to kids and kids at heart.
