Ryan Bennett Promoted to Store Manager at Rockingham Cooperative’s Harrisonburg Outdoors & Ag Store
We’re excited to share some good news with our customers and community. Ryan Bennett has been promoted to Store Manager at Rockingham Cooperative’s Harrisonburg Outdoors & Ag location.
Ryan joined Rockingham Cooperative in 2024 as Assistant Store Manager, bringing more than 20 years of retail experience with him. Since then, he’s become a trusted leader in the store, focused on serving customers well, supporting his team, and keeping day-to-day operations running strong.
Ryan is also a U.S. Navy veteran, a background that shows up in his leadership style-steady, disciplined, and team-focused.

A longtime resident of the Harrisonburg area, Ryan lives locally with his wife and kids and understands what matters to the customers and producers we serve. His experience, paired with his commitment to the Cooperative, makes him a natural fit to lead this location forward.
