We are pleased to announce Chapman Earhart has accepted the position of Operations Manager for Rockingham Cooperative’s Dayton Mill, effective 1/1/2023.
Chapman holds a bachelor’s in agriculture and applied Economics from VA Tech. He joined Rockingham in Jan 2019. Chapman joined Rockingham Cooperative as a manager Trainee. Most recently Chapman was our Assistant Operations Manager for the Dayton Mill.
