We are pleased to announce Penny Pagans has accepted the position of Store Manager for Rockingham Cooperative Franklin County location, effective October 30, 2022.
Penny has been with Rockingham Cooperative since 2015. She joined our company when Rockingham Cooperative merged with Roanoke Cooperative. Penny has previously served as the Assistant Store manager for the same location. Before the merger, Penny started work originally in 1981 as part of the Co-op’s business program during her Junior year of high school. She continues to work with this location and Assistant Manager when Southern States Roanoke Coop bought out the location. She has worked with and built relationships with 3 generations of customers and farms in this time span
We are confident that Penny will be an asset in this new position and look forward to her success in this new assignment.
