Rockingham Cooperative is pleased to announce that Stacey Bandell has accepted the position of Director of Human Resources for Rockingham Cooperative, effective August 8, 2022. Stacey is replacing the retiring Robin Lindsay.

Stacey has over eight years of experience in Human Resources along with over 10 years in the healthcare field. She holds a master’s degree in Health Administration and has her Human Resource, SHRM-CP. Stacey has been with us since June 2021 and prior to joining our team, she was the HR Benefits and HRIS Administrator for Shentel in Edinburg. Stacey also worked for Lowes Home Centers where she was the HR Coordinator. She brings experience and a proven record of accomplishment and success in Human Resources, which will be invaluable in meeting our company goals and objectives. She and her family live in the Timberville area.

We are confident that Stacey will be an asset in this new position and look forward to her success in this new assignment.
