It is bittersweet that we announce the retirement of Joe Lam, Assistant General Manager working out of our Bridgewater Ag location. Joe has been an outstanding leader with our team for more than 40 years. It is difficult, if not impossible, to sum up his achievements over the past years of dedicated service. Joe has been a great asset to our team, and we will miss him very much. We will also remember him for the hardworking, committed, and friendly person he has been over the years. We appreciate his loyalty and willingness to accept assignments that were often beyond his normal duties.
Daniel “DJ” Myers has assumed the role of Bridgewater Ag Manager now that Joe has retired. DJ has been farming since the mid 90’s working with the family dairy farm along with a beef herd and crop production. Before returning to farming he was involved in feed production and delivery. He brings management experience and years of farming knowledge which will be an asset to our company. His experience will be invaluable in serving the needs of our producers served by our Bridgewater Ag location.
